The 302 or 5.0 block is 8.2 inch deck height.
The 351W block is 9.48 inch deck height.

Although the heads and headers can interchange between these two blocks the exhaust ports will sit higher and further out on the 351W block. So you would either have to modify the headers or modify the body to allow them to come out about an inch higher.

So without changing anything (direct bolt in) you are stuck with the 5.0 block. 347 is the going largest stroker, however you can buy an aftermarket block with a 4.125" bore. With the 3.4 stroke (347) that would give you 364 cid. If you bore it 0.030 over you could get to 369 cid.

Personally I would not bore a new block for 5cid. 6-7 Hp just isn't worth it to me. You can gain the same power to weight ratio by dropping 30 lbs and save money on your McDonalds budget.
