The block is out of a 71 Torino so I pretty sure the flywheel is a 28 oz. I am thinking of buying a short block with the heads and pretty much start fresh. I am thinking if the cam split and was able to do so much damage to the block that the heads would be suspect as well. also I have been checking around and I think it would be best to buy something that is complete and matched. I would just move over my
Oil pan as it is a 70's Shelby part and the other external motor pieces. Looked at summitt and am now searching local in the Chicago area to see what I can find/afford
