Ward, you should only have to raise the rear a quarter inch or so. Mine rubbed when making a hard right hander. Raised the spring perch a couple of turns and it went away.

Another thought is to get rid of the stock bilsteins and go with the double adjustable QA-1 shocks with 450-500 lb springs. Then, you can stiffen up the shocks for autocross and then soften them up for the ride home.

I did the shocks, springs and sway bars from Cobra Valley and it made a world of difference. You can adjust all four shocks in about 5 minutes. The stock shocks and springs are pretty soft. If you're going to get serious about handling, go to at least 450 lb springs. That way your street ride is still comfortable.
