Sorry to bring bad news but the days/nights of racing or driving fast in any Tri-state tunnel are over after 9/11. Lincoln Tunnel speed limit is 35 mph and is heavily enforced.
back when Koch, Dinkins, and Rudy were New York Mayors, u could do 60 mph. No more.
But rules and speed limits are made to be broken. Just bring Red Bull drinks for the cops.
