Yes, I would say that is a little above average. Certain there are engine guys on this site that can help you.

I too am in the hunt for a fuel pump to replace mine that is over 20 yrs old. It is still doing a good job feeding approx. 525 hp carbed 460. I was thinking a pump 80gph regulated, should do the trick with no more sustained racing speeds.
