I could never understand why everybody runs such huge lines unless they are serious drag racers or running methanol. I have 3/8 feed and return lines
feeding 65 lb/hr injectors and have never had a starvation problem. I use a Holley Blue to feed my surge tank and a Bosch high pressure pump to feed the injectors. If you look at the brake specific requirements for your engine you will see that the gallons per hour will be well below what a 3/8 line can supply, by the way my engine builder agrees.
Engine is 850/632 chipped at 8000. Maybe it is a big hat/ no cattle deal?
