Az is easy. I brought my car from Texas. It will be titled as the year it represents (1965/1966). It will need inspection, which consists mostly of making sure the VIN matches your current title. The inspection may cost something like $25, but I can't recall. Takes 15 minutes once you are called. There are no emissions for 1965/1966 cars ever. I did't pay any taxes when I brought mine into the state. You should not pay taxes, since you did that in CA when you titled it there. My license fee is something like $22/year.
