I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Third party officess charge a convience fee which varies by location. In my case it was $22 and well worth it.

Does anybody know of an third party office in the Bullhead area?
Just left the AZ MVD Bullhead office and I have an appt with the MVD inspector next Wed morning who seemed like a nice and very knowledgeable guy. Said on the phone the car would be titled as a 1965 model year and inspection would cost $25. Registration will be $22 and no smog. The only thing is the people in the office didn't like the fact the vin issued by CA CHP is the Shelby serial# CSX 4815. We'll see what the AZ MVD inspector says... he might issue a AZ VIN.
