Air flow through the radiator is always smoother and more laminar if it is pulled through the radiator than if fans push it through . I`m not saying pusher fans won`t help , just saying pulling the air vs pushing it is always better .... assuming everything is shrouded correctly .
FWIW , my ERA has a single pull through fan and on the track during the summer ( ambients in the mid 90`s ) water temps are in the 190 to 200 degree range and on the street at mid 90`s to low 100`s , I see 180 on the highway and 195 around town .
Try to find a way to mount that fan behind the radiator and pull the air through ..... and be sure the shrouds are in place .
