It makes absolutely ZERO sense to me to buy a new alloy CSX roller for $160K, assuming that is the correct figure, when the current market value for a 2,000-mile early (preferable to the later models IMO) alloy CSX is $130K. Assuming that was the final price.

That's a HUGE depreciation expense on one's financial statement.
