You have the same issue I had. Your motor has the timing cover for a standard rotation water pump. You can use the timing cover and pump from a 90's F150 with 5.8. I was able to use this waterpump and the rear stamped cover from the supplied standard rotation water pump without changing the timing cover. The exit ports from the pump do not perfectly line up, but well enough to seal and not restrict the waterflow.

Somewhere late 80's to 90's, they changed from V belts to serpentine. that's when the reverse rotation water pumps were introduced.

If you play with the rear coverplates to the waterpumps and gaskets, you may get lucky like I did. Otherwise, a new timing chain cover is only $80 or so here in the states.
