Default Improving Steering & Handling??

I would like to get my car to handle better...take turns with out it pulling in a turn. I have 17" tires, Hankook V12 in the front and MT drag radials in the back. The front tires have 5000 miles and smooth show wear on the outer edges. Mustang II front with a sway bar and a 9" ford w/ triangulated rear with a panard bar going center to pass side. Front shocks are adjustable and set in the middle, backs are set on the stiffest setting. So, what would make it handle better ....this is mostly street driven
What what be a great choice for 17" tires? We drive 5000 miles a year !
