I think once the car is sold out of Ca, you'll need to apply for a new SB100 exemption. Were the car to have stayed in the state, you'd be smog free.

Make sure you have a closed PCV system in place, or you will fail at the BAR. This means you need to have a vent line going from the PCV on one valvecover to the intake manefold. And, you need to have a vent line from the other valvecover going to a filtered air source in your intake system. No matter what year your car is, this will be a requirement.

God help you if your paperwork doesn't say it replicates a 1965 or earlier model.
