Thanks, also found the Thread and from a combination of approaches was able to download Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AIR, after quitting Dashboard in it's entirety. Used the Safe Mode approach on restart and proceeded. Must be some Apple background with Adobe/Flash as to why quitting DashBoard is so challenging, and the Quit step is not provided by Apple.
