Hello Rob,
I am aware of 2 Fast EFI quad throttle body set ups on ICVs that have been registered and passed IM240 reqs in Melbourne here, 1 with VZ cats, 1 with Ford units. also 1 being built with 347 ford motor at the moment.
I also know of several Wolf EMS units with EFI hardware throttle bodies that are also compliant.
I have asked my engineer for my car, (some time ago), i only need to meet the IM240,
If your in doubt, talk to your engineer for first hand info.
