Arnaud, the solved problems were: losing about 2 qts of
oil per tank of gas; constant severe backfire/popping for all downshifting; a tiny amount of gas at any rpm below 3000 bogs the engine; if I missed the first pop in starting a cold engine, it
absolutely could not be started again for about 5 hrs.
I got the car back a 6 days ago. I went back twice to find out what miracle he performed. But he is undependable and shows up for work randomly; they didn't know where is was. Can't wait to find out what he did!
