I have never been a fan of ear plugs except at the range with low calibers. For my many long distance runs of over 500 miles per day and usually alone I use earpods connected to my iphone for music. Mostly Sugerman. LOL It's not the pipes, it's the wind buffeting. Unless you are Karl. Did I miss anyone?
