...And if he meant Boss 429, an "s" motor is worth about 5K, and the "t" motor about 8 IF in good condition. If the motor has been blown or has been an experiment by the mechanically challenged, WALK AWAY QUICKLY. Replacement part prices are astronomical and rare! If you see the motor and it is a DOHC Boss 429.....mortgage your first AND second born and buy it 'cause FoMoCo only made about 10 of them (thanks to Holman-Moody) as an experiment back in the day! I have seen 1 picture of one of these motors in an old Hot Rod. They had a story about it when Ford was looking at it for Drag and Nascar racing....it was stillborn when Ford dumped the racing effort. I wonder what happened to those ten............................................... .........................................?
