Yes, this is kind of a double question. I removed my steering wheel and the main bolt in the middle of the hub (my indicator stalk was loose and I wanted to take the dash off).

Well, once I got that bolt and all the washers off I just kind of sat there. I pulled on it a few times, but didn't want to go yanking or damaging anything. Is there a proper way to do this?

Also, the indicator stalk is loose and sits at about the 7 o'clock position. I tried correcting it and tightening the bolt, but that does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
