It is easy to reach on the passenger side.

Comfort wise we have enough space under the dash etc, that the driver can swing his left leg up and lean it against tunnel etc. Very cool sitting position when cruising. So did not want the handbrake handle to get in the way of that.
No Dramas Craig, i just have not seen this before, I have a low mount jag tunnel mounted fly handbrake on my python but must admit doing motorkhanas i have wacked it a couple of time with violent changes of direction.
