Very possibly.
I had spotty coolant on the block sides, near the water pump and at the back of the block.
IT WAS AN INTAKE GASKET. Each of the ports were deteriorated due to the intake not torqued properly.
R&R the intake gaskets with Roush spec'd metal lined gaskets and all set.
