Guye, from memory.

6060 M10 (L98, LS3, L77 etc version) bellhousing flange hangs down about 5mm or so below the C6 sump and if you were keen you could trim off the offending flange.

6060 MG9 (LSA) hangs down 15mm as it has cooling vents there.

Not really an issue.
