Hmm, that
oil cooler scoop does look like a Kirkham (as opposed to an original).
Since you have a small block ford engine...
... maybe someone thought they could modify the transmission tunnel to give you more foot room (side to side)??
Maybe it's a Kirkham or Shelby (sourced from Kirkham) with some "interesting" modifications.
