Default rear end width

MM,

do you know if the rear end differential was the standard 54.5 or 52.5" narrowed width version for pin drives on the narrow hip car pictured? Are those 245/60-15s on the rear?

Looking at the photos I'm trying to understand if you think those tires will rub on the inside of the rear fenders or not once fully loaded and compressed. I'm making reference to another narrow hip car that I helped a friend with that came off an original 427 narrow hip mold. It was pretty close, less than 1/4 of clearance barely following the arch travel of the suspension. It would rub if the tank was full of fuel with driver/passenger. The fix was new springs and QA1s.
