I am not opposed to changing the destination of the toys. Bruce, if you are willing, will you accept the responsibility for collection, registration and delivery? I saw the event forms and the Wish List for toy selection on this site:

We all appreciate your generous offer. You will most likely need a truck. Life would be simpler if we could just piggy back on an existing program, or if it's allowed to just gather toys and drop them off.
