I use a slightly modified "Patrick" method to get mine on. My bows don't have enough shortened thread range to get them in using both sides so I put one side of the bows in the ferrule and leave the other side free. Once all the snaps are done I put the other side of the bow in with the assembly leaning slightly forward and then cam it upright and let it slide into battery in the ferrule. Saves hassle and fingers.
