Assuming I can make this fit in the work schedule I'd love to.
Couple of options for a 2 to 3 hr +/- return trip would be Pemberton Valley and Joffre Glacier / Duffey Lake run, if anyone wants to check those out just google them and check out the images. Great 2 lane roads, low traffic.

Joffre Glacier, Duffey Lake:
Joffre Lakes Provincial Park - BC Parks - Province of British Columbia The highway runs RIGHT by the trail to the glacier. Much more of a drivers road than Pemberton Valley, a bit longer as well. 2 lane highway, low traffic.
