The ADR you need to comply with for Australian full rego is ADR37/01. The motor doesnt need to have an AU designation. Motors fitted to American vehicles from 1994 onwards (CARB requirements were/are much more stringent then AU requirements) will meet the requirements of ADR 37/01.
The Coyote (american designation) is the same engine as the Miami (australian designation) the difference is that the Miami has lower compression for the Super charger that ford fit, the American equivalent is the Aluminator (from memory). So long as the motor has all the normal pollution gear (cat converters charcoal canister etc etc etc) and ECM that it comes from factory with your engineer should sign off on it.
The alternative is get what ever you want and pass IMO 240.
