Smith machine? How much do you weigh? For someone who has seen the inside of a gym on occasion, squatting 300lbs would put you in the top 1/4% (making up %'s like Patrick) of gym goers.
Then I'd like to know how much you clean, snatch, deadlift, bench press, bent over row and your 1.5 mile time. Once I have all this info, then I'll have a clearer picture of your feats of strength.
