that is a blue-ise and yellow. Stainless pipes get real HOT and stay that way for a long time after you turn the motor off.
Ceramic pipes are not as hot and cool very fast after you shut down.
You can polish the ceramic pipes with aluminum polish to give them a little shine, not like chrome but a lot better.
