Question How easy to convert?
How easy is it to convert a non locking Ford 8.8 differential into a locking one? Is it as easy as picking up one of the aftermarket locking ones from JEG's, removing the current center section and installing the new one??

What king of documentation comes with the kits? If you have never pulled a diff apart before, how hard is it??
