Cars have gas pedals. You can push them down as far as you want. These engines are perfectly streetable at 600 hp and won't get away from you if you don't do anything stupid.

Since Barry is your builder, you can discuss all of this with him. But from where I sit, a better flowing head is always a better scenario. I don't think you need a solid roller, but talk to him about CNC'ing the heads.
