I think Ebrock actually makes a 14" round, 3" high filter. Try Summitracing.com. If not, get a nice K&N, and if SR or Jegs doesn't stock it, have K&N make it (from their website).
The K&N drop bases are also on Summit and or Jegs.
The Ford 14" assembly, try Cobranda.com, Scott Drake, finishline.com, maybe Cobra Restorers.
