I have a response from Keith Craft that says in essence (my words reading between their lines) yes we are aware they are crap but we sold them too you anyway.
Thats why i would never buy an assembled engine from the states, because you dont know what youre getting even from the reputable ones, and once its sent a long way away, so is their problem, im sure a lot of businesses work on this theory to off load their rubbish, ive had it happen to me in North Qld from suppliers down south, let alone international.
