Ok, I did not yet do the driveshaft count but the Speedometer is in and working. I had to raised the cable where it goes into the speedometer and now its much closer on the actual speed. Thanks for all the advice. I am pretty sure the rearend is a 3.54, but will verify next time its up in the air.
