The big question is what year it is titled. If it is titled as a 2010 you must meet emissions as a 2010, as a 1965 easy as can be. Car will have to get "green sheet" from inspection station. They validate the car is what the title says it is. Pretty simple to bufflo them, just have the insurance card say 1965..........
