Actually, I am a carpet bagger, grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ / Mont.Co., Pa, been here in NC since 81 and can find no reason to leave. The people here are great, economy is stronger than pretty much the rest of the nation and best of all, I get to drive without a top comfortably 9+months a year here.
