There are only 2 "solutions" for that. There is a company that contacted me about a year ago with a full sleeve for the sidepipes that cover exit of body to the ends.
Or you can do "street" roadster style and full exhaust under the car. We are waiting on the arrival shortly of the first BDR "street" roadster. While it is by no means a replica in the sense that ERA or Kirkham does it, it takes the BDR approach a goes at the street car flavor.
