For those who attended and recall what it was like in 2012, we filled up the entire corral and then some. The SAAC crew is hoping for the same in 2015. Time is getting short for the Monterey Reunion August 13-16 with the Marque being the 65-66 GT350. I just heard from Laguna the sales for the Corrals is slow so far. This year is layout with the Marque corral and next to it, also on the pavement, is the Mustang corral which is the rest of the Mustangs It will have all other years and models Mustang in it. We will also have a 3rd “No Mustang Shelby Corral in the Lakebed right next door for all other high performance Fords including the Cobras. There will be Parade laps for the Marque both Saturday and Sunday. Ford is going to showcase their new GT350 also. As usual it is going to be a lot of fun.

Every year we load up the corral with many great cars and give Laguna a great show. Back in 2003 when Ford had its 100th year we filled up the space and tract. Again in 2013 we filled up the corral with Cobras and Mustangs and the tract with Cobras. Let’s do it again this Year!

The event is the week after MiniNats so your cars will be polished and ready to go so why not come on down? The tickets are sold through Laguna at link:Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Go to the website, click on buy tickets, go the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion and again click buy tickets. Go down the list and find what you need. If you have a 1965 or 1966 Shelby GT350 they have a package of a 3 day general admission and a Marque Corral pass (which is the only way into the Marque Corral). If you have any other mustang you can purchase a Mustang only Corral pas and your admission ticket for the days you want. The same is true for the Non Mustang Shelby Corral, which is our usual Corral minus the Mustangs.

We will be grouping the cars; the other years of GT350s together and all the GT500s together, then the early models to later models. Ford is going to have some say to the arrangement and we have worked well together in the past.

Let’s fill up the Corrals! If we don't fill them up then the Xbrands win. Get online, buy your tickets, be part of the event and be proud! See old and new friends, lie about your car and watch some great racing. Wander the paddock trying not to drool. 50 years of excitement and fun come on down.
