It's one thing for a salesperson to compare his product to competition, but you don't have to "bad mouth" it, and run.
Interesting fact. Myself and my father went out to SAI in February one afternoon while visiting Las Vegas. We spent a good 20 minutes looking at the cars in their showroom including the Series 1. Not one person welcomed us, asked if they could help us, answer any questions or told us to go "piss up a rope" while we were there. Several fella's walked by and a couple of office gals were there. I finally went up to a lady stocking the t-shirt display and spoke a few friendly words, and she grudgingly answered back.
Bought a hat for my son and left. Can I get a refund?
Seems to me if they are trying to promote their product and generate some sales they would take care to greet someone who comes to their door step?
Guess I didn't look like I had any money? Or maybe I had to beg them to buy a car?
