There is no reason why they can't be painted. On the other hand, they are made from carbon for the look. Carbon fiber is not the best material for a chip guard. (Editorial Comment...)

Unfortunately, the shape of the rear fenders varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. There is no such thing as a perfect fit from a universal guard.
