Johnex is long gone, has been bankrupt for the past 15yrs now.
Sorry I can't help you on the VIN number, don't know where that number is from.
Best thing is to Google and do some research, good luck on your adventure.
I do have some sales brochures from the Johnex cars from the '80s.
