Hi Blackjack. Nick at Acton Cobra may still have some brake bleeders or you may need to wait until he has enough requests to form another quantity order.

The Tommy Bar was simply a rod that is used as a lever: sometimes in a spark plug socket but most often forming the Tee at the end of the jack handle so there's some leverage as you turn the jack handle to raise the jack.

I have some screwdrivers that can be used to replicate the originals. I found some NOS BDS Phillips end screwdrivers in Australia that I bought. The ends can be cut off and reshaped into a blade end. Then, you can paint the handle as per the originals.
