Car #23 had been built around 1992, and those VINs look quite different to the one in the ad. Wait for SPF owners to shed more light on this. Also, very early cars (if they were built in 1989 already) had Jaguar rear axles and a very different dashboard.

Maybe it's a later car. Seems the VIn is from a 1968 Galaxy. Almost makes sense now.
