These laws were established as a tool that was designed to hurt the drug dealers. The police and prosecuting offices have found loop holes for legal extortion. The prosecutors will negotiate a settlement for release of funds that they do not morally own knowing the cost for a defendant to defend his case.

Our youth need to study the Constitution and understand it. It is very simplistic unfortunately 200 years later some people with influence want to re-write it or at the least manipulate its basic meaning. "We The People"
