Hello guys, thanks for the reply. I think is the ECM. I got this message from Roush

One should be a constant 12 volts and the other should show no voltage. The 12 volts is a reference signal from the computer. If both pins do not have power, we probably need to service the ECM.
Just did and no power. So today is not a lucky day for me. :-(
