After reading your post I searched and found an article about Lynn with a pic of his F100 with the Buick Motor & knock off wheels, to put your mind at ease why don't you contact him and ask if its ever been a problem on his truck, sounds like he uses it to tow his cobras and dragster to events. nothing better than getting real info from someone who's been there and done that!
