"SWAP" is not the word that comes to mind when considering replacing the single speed blower fan with a multi speed blower fan. Maybe "an adventure in disassembly, fabrication and wiring" would be a better descriptive phrase for the process.
My wiring diagrams have a lot of extra details for the multi speed blower on the different chassis wiring versions.

As I mentioned earlier the push button start is a easy removal project.
