When I built my pantera a few years ago with EFI, I used these kind of fuel lines - i think from russell, although other brands make similar things. They were fine for high pressure fuel lines. I have since switched back to carb, and they are also fine for low pressure fuel lines

easy to work with - much easier to cut and attach ends than braided stainless steel lines. those can be a nightmare.

just make sure you read the details for the line you are using and be sure it is designed for fuel and for the appropriate pressure level.

They have held up about 10 yrs now with no trouble at all.

If you are planning to use in place of regular rubber hose, they are harder to get to go over hose barb fittings - less flexible than regular hose. If putting on ends (like AN fittings), then I 100% recommend.
