Good stuff, It'll be a very satisfying project. I didn't dynabolt mine to the floor, just used heavy duty adjustable feet and attached to the wall via the splash back. Super stable and sturdy. Haven't felt the need to bolt it down.

If you want heavy duty how about 100mm square legs with 100x50 heavy wall C channel frame. topped of with a piece of 12mm plate. It's very heavy but awesome to weld and fabricate on. Still movable thanks to castors and adjustable feet.







The C channel makes it easy to clamp things to the top while keeping the whole thing rigid right out the the edges
